My favorite thing about your asmr channel is that it's no bullshit.
There's not too much talking or too little, or tons of fast paced sounds that can be overwhelming.

This is likely my most favorite Asmr video of any Asmrtist! This one never fails to send me if I can't sleep. Its the slow overlapping whispers over the tail end of tapping...I ALWAYS get tingles here. Thankyou for everything you do to make our lives less stressful and more restful!❤🤟

some tips for getting better sleep on top of this video: turn on night mode 2 hours before going to bed if you are gonna use your computer or phone,
dont watch any hyper stimulating videos or videos that make you emotional 2 hours before bed,
use a lot of energy during the day (basically any exercising works),
go to bed and wake up at the same time every day (this one is a bit more long form but it will still help you if you do it),
get sunlight in the morning and see the sunset in the afternoon
