Renaissance Hotel Kuala Lumpur Nov/Dec 2024

End of year school holidays, we decided to roam KL with the kids. This time we flew there, it was only an hour away by flight but our plane was delayed for few hours, needless to say the day was pretty much wasted at the airport. We stayed at RENAISSANCE KUALA LUMPUR HOTEL & CONVENTION CENTRE because of their renewed facilitied such as the waterpark and drypark. We checked in at 6pm and head out straight to PAVILION to have dinner. After that we explored the ever crowded Bukit Bintang aimlessly before we called it a night.
Day2- breakfast buffet were kind of crowded but we went early and got a table immediately. A wide spread of breakfast, spoiled for choice. Our hot beverages were served to us and there are a lot of live stations..including a fresh pressed juice!! By 8.30am there were a line of hotel guests waiting for a table while we exit the restaurant. We headed out to the swimming pool, minus point were the cold water, probably it has just rained that morning but the playground and slides were awesome. The pool were kind of a deeper end at 1.2m all around…the smaller kids have to play ard the stairs. We also tried the drypark area at level 3, not allowed to go down with swimming clothes strictly dry area only…
