Hi! They are known as Public Prosecutors, and there's a separate exam for that like UPSC Public Prosecutor exam or different eligibility criteria.

If you want to take admn in NLU's you have to pass CLAT. If not then, different colleges conduct their own entrance exam.

Yes, you need to enrol with the State bar Council before appearing for the AIBE Exam.
