We're talking about about a skater that competes internationally here. Realistically, no. But you could have some double jumps in four years. So yeah. I started skating when I was 13, I'm 16 now and I still haven't gotten my single axel. However, I never had private lessons or money to double up lessons. So with the right coach/lessons you could get to double jumps in four years but not something like Valentina here. She has probably been skating for 10 years or more.

I love to Figure Skate but when I See These amazing Performances it makes me sad because when I was about five years old I had huge interest in figure skating and I had skates too but my parents never went with me to the rink and as the years passed I gave up on that dream and when I went skating for the first time three years ago I felt so free (I did fall quite often but I was proud of me when I managed to Do crossovers the second time I was on the ice with Help of a friend that plays Hockey he showed me a few tricks) and now i Do have better Skates and my parents let me skate now but only in public skating I try to go every week and I try to convince my parents for private lesson (I know practically every Single Aspect of figure skating every Single jump with the take off foot and everything because I've always wanted to train jumps but I obviously can't with public Skaters / ice Hockey Players that dash around the rink around) I don't know how to Do much tecnical wise, It's my sixth time on ice and I can Do crossovers backwards and forwards, the scratch Spin and the one footed Spin, I can manage a bit wobbly shot-the-duck but only when the rink isn't overfloating with Skaters because the all skate around the rink while the Hockey Players and the very few figure Skaters Do some stuff in the middle. My parents probably think that I will lose interested since I have a bit of Stage fight even tho I Kind of forget about the stuff when I'm skating because I feels so free. And well maybe I can't Change that but at least I'm able to skate in the public Session

Lol I think those are pink gloves, you won't freeze when you do these kinds of sports (first you have to do warm-ups, second you'll sweat after being active this extreme)

Really sad to say, but the music does not fit with the routine, and it. Makes me sad, when this is my favorite song! Performance would have been so much better if u became the music, would have looked more graceful too.
This song makes me cry so hard because my boyfriend left me 4 days before Christmas... I asked him how he was doing and he said he didn’t want to talk to me and never wanted to see me again......I still love him.. but when I hear this song it makes me think of how I’d feel if he found someone else..and forgot about me.

I actually started dancing because of ice-skating!i was like five years old and i really enjoyed it, but man, when i started taking ballet classes because of ice-skating i decided i would rather be in point that in the ground (i was always quite scare of falling down) and here i am after ten years of dancing every day of my life for hours and i still can't make up my mind which i like best (watching), so hard! although ice-skating intrigues me a lot more, it just seems impossible for me lol
The reason why I dont like this is just the simple fact that I dont feel anything. I dont ignore what an amazing figure skater she is, but with such a strong feeling in the music and her not projecting anything. It just kind of gets lost... I wish I wouldve felt something watching it
do i have to listen to this music if i sign up for classes? i dont wanna hear it. i like roller blades cos the wind noise can get so high i cant hear the outside world. Its like being underwater. First the wind blocks out other noises then your brain blocks out the wind and its just pure silence, like being underwater. This music pisses me off!
Nice skate! Had to admit I agree that not all the movements followed the song but you had great flow and speed. One question, what that supposed to be a triple sal and you just popped it into a double?
