      My doctor advertises as a functional doctor but she's all about cosmetic esthetics not true functional medicine. I haven't found anyone in Indiana and IU has the largest medical school in the country!!

    I have been tremendously pleased with learning from you Dr. Hyman and your fellows. I have a rather interesting case I believe you would find interesting - put simply it's wrecked me from the inside out starting via microbiota thanks to SSRIs and Antibiotics etc - same thing different day. However it's been extremely undetectable until I began studying thy microbiome and since than have learned more than I could have ever expected however getting my physicians on board is rather challenging.
    Anyways - Thank you and regardless what happens nothing is more important than folks being aware of these things
    P.s you should do some talk on Anti-depressants effects on the balance of the microbiota / flora.

      Nearly no one in the plant based camp seems to realize that eg a. there is a large group of people with “gut issues” who need to avoid grains and b. more generally, ask them who would do better someone with Gregor’s plant based diet or same diet substitute avocados/nuts/olives/oil for grains

    Around what age is it recommended to cut down animal protein as you age?

      Good question! Would love to know this also. What I do know is that you should make sure your chicken and eggs are pasture raised, your fish is wild caught and your beef is grass fed/grass finish.

      I haven’t watched the video yet, so don’t know if he mentioned this but I’ve always heard that as we get older we should eat a little more protein. It’ll be interesting to see if he addresses this. I’m 77 and would like to know.

      @@southerngrandma4353 yes he did mention it, they said as we get older we need more protein, but not from animal protein, more plant based protein. My question is because they discussed this, but did not specifically mention what age to switch more to plant based protein compared to animal based protein

      Ummmmm? Never!! Listen to your body!! If it feels like shit after eating animal products, stop eating it!!! If it feels great, keep eating it! Why's that so hard to understand and do?? People can't make their own decisions these days, always asking for advice from an outside source!! Common people!!

      @@Hanover-ek4jy Dr when I saw her last year I had the symptoms of frozen shoulder. I attempted exercises but unable to do so due to pain.

      I can't disclose too much, but yea I've been using his strategy and through his guidance, I've been able to make approx. $31,208 in dividends on a monthly basis. Not as complicated as it's used to be.
