Em Ayah I agree we Indians are generally unhygienic but as the restaurant people are mostly illiterate and poor people, their restaurants are also for poor people, food are also very economical, hence below the poverty line people use to visit them, I don't know why only unhygienic places are uploading giving bad name to our country, please remember there are also many good places around. Most rich snobs or others blessed living well off in other countries will never really understand hardships. India is still a POOR country. Majority of people here are still uneducated and low income workers.
