Interesting ! On a daily basis before bath, I do fill up a bath tumbler by half with water and recite the Gayatri Mantra three times touching it and touching my forehead. Subsequent to having my bath, I will have the water poured over my body before wiping myself. It will be more preferable to have water from a place of worship to be spilled partially on the tumbler water and having the process done. Especially, water flowing from a temple after the prayer ritual which is very much auspicious. All these have come to my knowledge in the last three or four years only and have been doing the same since then. I suppose, it saves an individual from many trials and tests and serves as a protective force.
