  • Mont Ventoux - Climbing Mont Ventoux from Bédoin
In April 2019 I tackled the infamous climb from Bedoin to the summit of Mont Ventoux.
The climb is over 21km long with an average gradient of 7.4%.

Thanks for sharing your adventure. I'm thinking of some bike riding myself in the month April around + up the Ventoux this year. Can you tell me your experience about the weather condition from last year? Much appreciated. And good luck on your own goals this year. Cheers!

Hi - It changed a lot from one day to the next (and at the summit compared to the valley). I did it twice and one day nice and sunny, 2 days later a lot colder and wind was far stronger. The road from Bedoin was open, but Malaucene hadn't been cleared and was still shut with snow. If possible, maybe worth going in May as weather was a little bit mixed in April. Day I left was really heavy rain, couldn't see the mountain at all. Just cloud.
