My one side bud was not worked, I tried to rest 2,3 times. After watching your video I opened my case and look inside at that time I seen a small piece of paper had entered inside, Then I clean that with earbuds and Now the problem is fixed and I'm Happy Now

Brother OnePlus ka home services available rehta jaha aapka phone Ghar se pick up hoke Jake service centre, par yeh facility sirf kuch hi sehero main available hai jese ki urban cities aur metro cities.☺️

May be your device internal circuit have any issues or battery problem, if it's in under warranty then replace it by claiming warranty or else visit Realme service centre
