Limos usually had complete entertainment centers and wet bars so you were able to party in the back with a group of friends without worry because you had a sober driver.
The doll playing the piano made me think of the voodoo doll segment from the first "Tales From The Hood" movie. A politician moves into a Antebellum plantation mansion that was once occupied by an old slave woman who dealt in voodoo and made dolls of all the slaves that died on the plantation. They ganged up on the politician and his assistant and killed them.
