@@n00bywarrior it's a product of its time I guess this came out in 2011 and tho i was only 12 from what i remember alot of pop songs had the generic clap and synths that sounded alot like these too, but this is love had no excuse that was 2014 we were past generic synthpop by that point lol

oh god i got goosebumps for Superman. After few years last i heard that song, it's still makes me feeling like this. Opps is a fun song and i enjoy the live performance of it. It's one of my favorite songs by Super Junior, which sounds random even to the fans I am closest to, and I've never really been able to put my finger on why I like it so much. I agree with you that any SJ ballad I’ve ever heard live is incredible. It just seems to me like sometimes that doesn’t quite translate to the studio recordings. Some of them are insanely good still in the studio versions, but not all of them.

Ahh this was so fun and nostalgic to watch. This album was the first one SJ released after I became a fan (I got into them like a few weeks after the repackage for the album before this was released), so it was the first time I got to experience a full comeback and all the hype that comes with it. It will always hold a special place in my heart for that, but it's also just really really good, and is still my favorite of all of their albums. It has its lows, but the highs are incredible. Oops and Good Friends are two songs I had high hopes you would love, so I'm glad you did! I love Opera but I can see why you wouldn't and to be honest it's almost refreshing to hear someone criticize it lol, I always felt like Feels Good and the other more electronic/dance oriented tracks got a little eclipsed by how obsessed everyone was with Opera when this came out.

I haven’t heard the live version of Opera but I don’t honestly get why people would be hyped about the studio version, which felt pretty lackluster compared to a lot of this album. Good friends is an incredible listening experience that I can almost not even call a song 😂 Oops is a pretty genius concept, and if I’m being honest makes me want to hear a non humorous version of a Super Junior flex cypher, since I just love listening to cyphers, and they slayed it!
Opera was so popular they re-released it as a title track for a Japanese single, which did have some pretty cool aesthetics as an MV but yeah they definitely have more interesting songs they could have chosen. Listening to all of these again 8 years later with different tastes I don't think I like it as much as I did back then.

What I have noticed is that in the live version of the songs with the claps, the reason they are soo loved might be because their voices overpower the tracks and the claps. XD
