Honestly a spin off of the show in the Earth world could be awesome. Could be like the lines between one world and the next start to fade causing chaos.
I love the witch in the human world idea but i think that some new characters in that universe would make more sence than a alternative universe thing, still love the idea though

As seen in the finale of the Owl House, King has his own unique glyphs. But at the finale King had to draw a large glyph at that point, and when Luz used Papa Titan's glyphs, they were small but were still extremely effective and powerful. So technically Luz can, but they'd have to be significantly bigger.
