Looks great. Rib eye is so expensive here, which would make that a pretty pricy quesadilla. For the oil, I always use a basting brush. A bit of oil in a bowl and dip the brush into it and then brush it on. Works great.
Yes the basting brush! So simple and common, didn't even think of it. Years ago I threw away all my basting brushes because I could never get them fully cleaned. It's funny what you say during filming.
