Thank you! My question is how do you get the best experience for breeding. I've been playing this game for a little over a year and just got the ability to unlock shinys 2 months ago. My top "damage"(the number the pets get for power) is roughly 30k. Youre beyond 100k and lvl 70+. I don't get why my breeding is so under leveled. Did you level your secret skill in breeding real high for exp boost? Also is there a best way to get the upgrade materials when you trash the pets?
The two methods I can recommend are farming World 4 Coliseum for pet eggs, or playing active Beast Master with the V-man eclipse buff active. Breeding EXP is mostly just spending eggs and stacking up EXP buffs anywhere you can. The first upgrade in breeding to increase EXP is generally not worth it after 10 to 15 levels.
If you have shiny pets in the fence yard and actively kill with the vman enhanced beast master, you'll get shiny levels substantially faster I've levelled up two lvl 5 to 6 shiny pets in a few days saving nearly a year worth of waiting Beast master is very slow actively farming, even with over 100% mob respawn, but in the long run, it's well worth it
The best way to increase lvls for breeding is just spending the eggs on its basic tier, NOT waiting for it to upgrade. Levels also increase breeding pet damage, that is the reason the more you are leveling up, the higher the pet damage is going. There are many bonuses that increase pet damage, like beastmaster, cooking, egg rarity has a chance to give you better pet power (i wouldn't recommend it unless you specifically only care about the pet power for a certain reason since you will be wasting xp waiting for it to increase rarity), and if you are lacking fight power when trying to unlock a spice, the axe upgrade in breeding helps a lot. Here is another tip, beastmaster will help you get eggs fasters, make sure you have as much respawn as possible with crystal card doubled and choco-chip on. Beastmaster will decrease timer for eggs, level up shinys faster, AND when unlocking a new spice (once you beat the spice battle) you can speed it up by using him too, i was able to finish a spice that would have taken me 10 hours to unlock in under an hour.
@@NocturneGamingOfficial a question. I'm early world 6 (currently going back to farm up skulls and general damage boost stuff and upgrade gear) i have the first 2 new pet areas beat thanks to this guide but the last one isnt unlocked after beating the bamboo forest it just ends i know there is more but idk do i have to progress farther in world 6 to unlock it? as kills were barely 50k/h last i checked (nearly 1 world worth of skulls later now figured i would push more when i had the skulls for world 5 done) i been looking but haven't seen anything about it.
Man I can't wait for your sneaking/farming guides. Your videos are vastly superior to other idleon guide creators. Just the simple fact that you don't say 'chat'every 2 minutes is *chefs kiss*. And of course all the big brain information lol
I hope to be making guides for the new skills soon. I'm just waiting until I figure more of it out before attempting to sound like I know what I am talking about! 😅😅
@NocturneGamingOfficial take all the time that you need! In short, you do words real good.
@NocturneGamingOfficial if it all helps, on the official Discord there is a spreadsheet that has been circulating, but I don't feel like I know enough yet to make proper use of it. It is quite cool how much more interlinked World 6s skills seem to be, so far at least, than the three in World 5.
Thanks a lot for this quick and easy guide of the last 2 pet battles, been struggling with a proper setup, am finally able to get it finished.. Thanks again..
Cheers on team 3, I REALLY did not want to enemy attack delete for 45 mins on my least favourite content. Took a lot longer for me to clear the healer, but i also did not have a lot of pets over 100k. I really ignore this content lol. Took a few tries to get the refillers to survive long enough and my success had one live the whole time.
I wouldn't say neither are better than the other, icelocked gives more in depth things, while g says "do this and this and you are good" it is like trying to compare god and jrohrer, simply not posible, griffy is better for people that don't understand the mechanic at all, while icelocked is better for people that have a basic understanding of the mechanic
Thanks for this! It gave me an idea how to reach required fight power in Dharma's Since I'm strugling with getting borger's with power 130k with my breeding lvl 61. I've found a way to reach required fight power in Dharma Mesa by replacing one of Badumdum with Lullaby TSAR. It will reduce your foraging speed however this you start unlocking it. I hope that will be helpful.
The current set up I use, is 3x Alchemic and 1x Converter for the first 3 territories. Then Forager, Miasma, Borger, and Converter for all other territories until the last two that I have shown in the video.
At some time a first guide wrote down the monolith strat. And it mentioned that it depends on RNG. And since then everyone has just been blindly copying and believing it. Hint: When you start a fight, your pets' abilities are charged to the level when they last fought or died. Don't read further if you first want to find the problem yourself using the hint. Problem: The RNG is not inherently from using the monolith strat but because you're starting the fight with an arbitrary amount of charge on his skill and also your refillers. You keep restarting every fail with random skill charges across your team until randomly you get a try where they're enough to get a win with anything from 0 to multiple deaths. Solution: If you fail a fight, do a "clean reset" of your team first. Play 2 or 3 fights with auto abilities turned off so that everyone is fully charged up. Then start a new fight with auto abilities back on. This way you can clear the final fight with any strength of your team just as long as you have the required pets and abilities unlocked. I cleared it with a team of 25-30k pets in 10min when you don't have to restart for an hour before getting a lucky good try.
Amazing!/ The first team worked for me brilliantly. My pets were about 50k but i'm sure pet power doesn't matter with this team you just gotta spam the fight a few times because you need RNG
Awesome, glad we could help! That is correct, pet power does not matter too much in these set up as they are meant to scale over time, and more base power just makes the fight a little quicker.
Did they change something since this was posted I’ve tried both 40+ times and those shields are just not blocking. Rng seems to really hate me. In fact sometimes I don’t even see shields appearing at the top of the screen. So something is really wrong
There was an update which makes this build a little easier by using a small trick. Start a run like normal but turn off your auto abilities and let the run fail. Then, restart with your abilities back on and when you load in your abilities will have a full bar and can be used immediately.
@ thanks will try that tomorrow. It’s not a huge deal it’ll get fixed eventually and I’m just now at end game so plenty of time to kill. Ty so much for the vids and advice
With enough time (and I may mean days haven't tested) you can clear up all levels using Rattler-Monolith-Refiller-Shield-Refiller (5 member team) I'm doing it on a 30k Rattler; So far I've cleared up to last of world 5 (Wurm Catacombs). Rattler eventually does millions of damage per bone, but it takes a LOT of time.
That is interesting - 5 Pet battle teams was not something I considered for these late game battles. I could see it taking many days because of the way Monolith works.
It really depends on what pets you have unlocked, but the ideal setup for clearing Wave 50 in the arena is Rattler, Monolith, Refiller, and Borger. If you haven't unlocked those pets you can use something like Mercenary, Cursory, Fleeter, and Defender.
I wouldn't mind it so much if there were a preset for your line up. What keeps me frustrated is having to drag everyone back out there just to watch them loose.
The yolk battle might got fixed/bugged i think. As of this patch (the tome update) the healer is throwing axes like no tomorrow (3 axes before the first heal bubble) and made the double rattler + refiller not doable
Thank you for the info! I unfortunately have no way to test this, as it was always extremely RNG dependent. It took me around 30-40 attempts to get the recording in this video.
So you put 1 147K borger in Lullaby and get 529K power, I put 1 71K borger in that slot and get 25K with lev 6 Blooming Axe... how are you getting 3.6x more than what you put in and I'm getting 2.8x less?
A good 4 pet comp to use is Rattler, Monolith, Refiller, and Borger. You could also replace the Ratter with a looter, but it is fairly RNG dependent. Also, if you do not have a Borger you can use a Defender instead.
Thanks for the video but i've tried at least 100 times in the last area, but it just doesn't work. The most annoying thing is having to set up the fight manually over and over again... 😢 Edit: A safe win for the 4th Area is to use Trasher instead of Defender. Because we only have 1 enemy throwing Axes at us Trasher allows us to remove them all so we never get any damage, this is not luck dependend but you have to actively click the axes. Aaaaalso we can remove the green ball from the small enemy to reduce the healing effect.
I recommend trying the 3rd setup in the video for the last battle, as it's much less RNG dependent. Using a Trasher is another great method, but it's more reaction speed dependent and I am unable to show off those skills! 😅😅
I got a much better combo for you it only takes around 8 minutes with this combo to take down the last one. And the highest amount I had to restart was 3 times per battle. Looter (69k), Rattler (87k), PeaPeaPod (73k), Defender (46k), Refiller (37k), Refiller (23k). I hope this can help you guys.
Yeah as of thanksgiving 2024 for me at least the shields are buggy sometimes they aren’t being counted up top even as I see them being fired, then the icon and numbers appear up top and then vanish again. It’ll go from 500+ to nothing and as soon as that happens my team wipes. Most of the time the shields don’t register from the start making this just impossible I’ve tried several battles and even restarted. Sigh oh well next patch I guess

So you don’t have to time it right. Just go into battle with auto use abilities off a few times until everyone’s ability’s are ready. It saves your ability progress… the fight one more time with ability’s turned on and your golden
Rattlers give a stacking damage buff for each bone that attacks an enemy. Peapeapod only gives a chance for another basic attack. When fighting early territories, the Peapeapod is much faster but it requires you to have enough damage for it to work.
