I recently purchased a lovely 1940s Colonial Revival architectural style Home; but, the Cape Cod architectural style is something I find delightful. The dormer windows 🪟 and quaint, sloping ceiling areas are unique. They look akin to sweet, little, enchanted cottages from the outside. 🖤
The house I grew up in in Kensington had the staircase directly in front of the front door. Had to edit: I knew each squeak in the staircase. Came in handy, eh friends?

This is expanded. Its not original. Show me an original 720sq ft, cape cod with unfinished basement and unfinished attic, no second floor.
Why ?
Yes, exactly expanded
