There is a hiking trail going down from the boat launch you were at… on that trail there is a great place for dogs to swim.

Great video! You mentioned there is water access. Can I get my canoe in the water from the site? You didn't show it, and I will be on that site this weekend, first time at the park. Thanks for showing us around town!

@Wendy Neil Thanks for watching! I would say you can put your canoe in from the site, there is a bit of a marsh where you would launch the canoe but it's doable. There is a wood skid you stand on at the waters edge.... I hope this helps. Any other questions you can reach me on our instagram @Rv Adventure Ontario. Happy Camping!

I am enjoying your videos. I enjoy your reviews of the campsite, the campground and the surrounding area. After I viewed your video I went on the Ontario Provincial Parks website and looked up the campsite you were camping on. Your video of the campsite, looked excellent, but on the website it looked like a terrible site. This year Ontario Parks send a questionnaire after each visit. My comments back to them is I would like to see the descriptions and pictures updated on their site, also, they need to supply DRY FIREWOOD for sale at the parks. We have camped in provincial parks for many years, they are a gem! I do have my favourites, but like to look at other possibilities. Keep Happy, Keep Camping!!

Hi Helen thanks for watching! I appreciate the kind words, I agree with you that the photos are not good on the website we have been saying this for years. We also did the questionnaire and as for the wood it's constantly a smoke show every fire lol at least it keeps the mosquitoes away 😀. Happy camping and safe travels....Cheers
