I am a single mom to my nine month old daughter and live with my mother who has Alzheimer’s-I truly can not remember the last time I was able to relax or sleep for more than an hour or two-these sleep stories have become SO important for my mental/emotional/physical well-being and I feel incredibly blessed to have found this channel and community ❤

Stephen, my mom passed away in 2014 and one of my most favorite memories of my childhood was how my mother loved to grow roses. She ordered her rose bushes via catalog. (In the 70s and 80s, before the Internet) She specifically grew patented roses, like the JFK (it was pure white), the Gold Medal (that was dedicated to the 1984 olympics I think), and the Double Delight (my very favorite) just to name a few.
She planted the Double Delight rose bush right outside my bedroom window. Her rose garden was quite impressive.
I would so love it if you made a story about walking through her rose garden. ❤

I can only say “thank you”. In these stressful, trying times, to know that I will still fall asleep for sure is a great comfort. Thank you for your wonderful stories. I hope to hear them fully someday but right now, they’re doing their job and I’m falling asleep before they are over 💙
Thank you for the great sleep stories, my favorite have rain at the end for a few hours. Maybe also rain & thunder, or other nature sounds like a babbling brook or nighttime summer noises like crickets, cicadas... or sounds of the woods like frogs and owls for a few hours after would be great too. This one is very imaginative, and I love how cozy we could create our lovely yacht. It reminds me of my first cruise, sailing off for the first time on my birthday this year. It was so much fun, though not as cozy as I'd like.
For other ideas...I do love the train stories. It brings so much joy and peace to listen to any of the collection. I would love to listen to a train story where we travel through the mountains of the Pacific Northwest.
I live in Washington State, and I have been up Mt. Rainier, though not by train. The view was so beautiful, and the tourist spot is full of information. I don't know if any trains go around the mountain, but I sure hope some do.
Thank you for the wide variety of sleep time stories. They help me relax and sleep for another day of work each week. They make me excited to sleep too, as I look forward to each one.

There is something special about relaxing and/or sleeping in trains, planes and boats/ships/yachts, sometimes buses too, for me. 😌 These stories are one of my favourite topics. 🙂 It's a different kind of feeling, a good one. Maybe because it's not the normal setting. 😄

Yesterday I spent a very trying day at the hospital with my granddaughter. I have been using sleep stories for about 3 weeks now & last night this really took me off to sleep easily in spite of the day I'd had. I wake up much more refreshed & even if I get up in the night for the loo, I get straight back off to sleep. Total life changer for me. Thank you so much Stephen ❤xx
Hi Stephen, this was a wonderful story. I have been fortunate to sail on boats around Malta, to Capri, and over to Stradbroke Island off the east coast of Australia. I chose the “True Love” from High Society as my yacht, and pictured myself in an ordinary cabin bunk. Don’t know where or what happened after that, as I had another blissful nights sleep 🥰 I can honestly say you are the best storyteller I’ve ever heard, so thank you for putting these out for us to enjoy ❤️

Early morning here now…I just wanted to say I am a PTSD sufferer long term since a Child I’m 60 now …My families were Irish and Scottish so I think you’ll understand growing up times were fraught with tension tbh so not always great 👍😅❤️ and thee are the best sleep and relaxation stories.
I had been listening to a lot of ppl talking (through the machine) particularly for this past 4 years and I just couldn’t listen any longer to many ppl talking…bcs of the EHS Electro Hyper Sensitive Hearing due to the PTSD also.
I was starting to take the Migraine again. All good again since listening…you are a wonderful healer Stephen.

Stephen- Thanks for being such an awesome person and creating this safe sleepy space for people. The mantras you say through the exercises always give me a wave of relief that I need dealing with chronic illness. One of my favorites is “Your body has worked hard for you today”. It’s really exhausting with my fibromyalgia to be able to do regular life things, and sometimes at the end of the day I feel like I got nothing done even though I pushed my body so hard. As I’ve started listening regularly, it’s always something that, at the end of the day, I need to hear. I am really appreciative of this reminder. Thank you for doing what you do ❤ I’ve had sleeping anxiety my whole life and these videos have become a part of my routine and have helped me fall asleep so much faster than I used to. You are awesome and so appreciated!!

Hello Stephen. I love your sleep stories...I have a request. My long term relationship teddybear is named Spud Murphy. My husband bought him for me from the gift shop at the Shelbourne Hotel in Dublin where we spent our
honeymoon many years ago. Spud has lived an adventuresome life, in London, Heidelberg, Ireland Luxembourg before he immigrated to the US. He's charmed many people and still sleeps with me every night. I can't help wondering where he may go at night and what he may get up to? If anyone can tell his story it must be you! Please?
