रतन टाटा के निधन पर देशभर में शोक की लहर है। उन्होंने 86 साल की आयु में मुंबई के ब्रीच कैंडी अस्पताल में अंतिम सांस ली। टाटा के निधन पर टाटा संस के चेयरमैन एन चंद्रशेखरन ने समूह की तरफ से संदेश जारी किया। चंद्रशेखरन ने पद्मविभूषण रतन टाटा योगदान को अतुल्य बताया। महाराष्ट्र के मुख्यमंत्री एकनाथ शिंदे ने कहा है कि टाटा का अंतिम संस्कार पूरे राजकीय सम्मान के साथ किया जाएगा।
