Marlene thanks for all of your tips! I just received my balloon stuffing machine. I had purchased several bags of Qualatex 18” Diamond Clear balloons. Every balloon split at the neck. Being that they came from Amazon, I’m sure its because they were probably on the shelves for a long time. I will repurchase fresh balloons from a vendor going forward!
That’s great news, did you buy 18 inch stuffing balloons? Or just 18 inch latex balloons? A stuffing Balloon has a larger neck that will prevent tears when you stretch it onto the machine.
When do you wipe/clean the balloon if you are stuffing it with items? I'm asking because once it's already blown up and stuffed it will be difficult for you to wipe/clean it.
Hi, You wipe the balloon after it’s inflated with your items inside of it. Once you wipe it all over put it on your stand and put it in a bag this will stop all the oxidation right away.
You are in the right spot! These are the free videos that I offer but I also have a series of videos that you can buy on my website the take you through different designs step-by-step. Generally I will start with a simple design going into much more elaborate designs towards the end. in fact I have one this Thursday on Valentine’s Day designs. ww.StuffedBalloonsFromAtoZ.com
This all depends on what type of atmosphere you live in. If you are somewhere very warm and humid your stuff balloon Will oxidize right away. But if you live in a colder climate then yes you could wait till the next day. You can also easily put a plastic bag over it and this will definitely stop the oxidation until you get your cleaning solution.
So there are a couple ways to look at this, can you yes, will it make it harder to get on the machine yes, does your customer care... No! In my professional opinion I think cleaning the outside is sufficient, cleaning takes off the powder and stops the oxidation which is really what you want. Your customer is more impressed that you got the stuff in there and they are not worried about how clear you can get the stuffed balloon. It also depends on what you’re building if you need to tape anything to the inside you won’t be able to if you clean it and it will create static in your tissue shred. Which then makes the shred stick to the sides of the balloon. So, in the end it’s really a personal preference.
Go onto the manufactures website of brand of balloon you would like to use. In the drop-down menu you will find a list of distributors with website information, email addresses, and phone numbers.
If your balloons are popping once you have them inflated they are either overinflated, you’re using too much tape on the balloon on your design, or you may not be using the high-quality stuffing balloons.
Hi, Balloons begin to oxidize immediately and the next day there will be a good chance you can’t see through them very well. Of course this is affected by the climate of where you live and what time of year it is. Sometimes it happens very quickly other times it could take 24 hours.
No, any plastic bag will stop Oxidation right away. I don’t use black garbage bags because I don’t want my customers to receive a gift like that. Plus when they’re walking in a craft show, mall etc. I want people to be able to see what’s inside the bag for advertising.

Hey thank you for this video! Do you recommend this method for balloon garlands too?
No, we use Hi Shine when we are decorating. This would take much to long.
This left a residue on the clear balloons. Anything else you can suggest?
How do you store your stuffed balloons for a month please
We make them and bag them right away. They are all so kept in a cool place.
Thankyou im looking into starting my own business I have a stuffing balloon machine I'm looking at where to start

Ok, thanks
Why can't you clean the next day? I made a few balloons yesterday but I won't have any armour All until tomorrow. Will it still work? Thank you

l just tried this and it did not work.
There is no way to get these latex balloons perfectly clear. Use BoBo balloons with the large neck. Those are amazing!
Hey Marlene!
Should I also wipe the inside? Will it appear clearer?

What happens if you don't clean them the first day

I understand everything that you say.But when you have cleaned the balloon and put it in a bag would a black bag be better.
