Inferno sub 65 example with commentary

Plugin to make the monster outlines turn red when they take lethal damage is "Tzhaar HP Tracker" by Buchus. I use highlight style "tile" and have the other options like show HP and hide dead NPCs off. This makes it easy to know when you can stop attacking one NPC and move on to the next.
