Interesting colors this season! Can someone explain to me the logic of wearing a heavy pullover sweater and shorts? I can't imagine any weather condition that would be conducive to this combination!😂
The only time I have done it was at the beach, when I knew I was likely to get my feet wet so I needed shorts and beach shoes; but temperatures were falling. I can’t think of any other scenario for myself.

I got all excited over the browns because up until last year I was naturally blonde. But now my blonde is mixed with so much white, I’m going to try and embrace the grays 😊
Jamie, I think soft or muted red-oranges would be amazing on you. Rust, Russet, Brick, Terracotta would look great with your hair & skintone. I like aubergine, burgundy, berry-wine (red-violet) shades too as long as they aren't too grey/cool. It's been a fall/winter go-to shade for me for many years along with olive/moss green.

I started embracing brown in several shades last season and I’m looking forward to styling them in new and interesting ways. I’ve also loved green, especially the vibrant or darker shades. I’m glad that navy is also in. It’s a favorite. The only color that I have reservations about, for me, is gray.
I absolutely love these colors, and the combinations. There's not any of these that I wouldn't enjoy wearing....except for the burgundy. Any color with a high red pigment makes my nose look as red as Rudolphs. lol!
Being cool-toned, I'm loving burgundy, navy, grey and (cool) chocolate brown! I can only wear an olive green if it has a lot of grey in it, making it more of a sage green. I can't wear it if it has too much yellow in it. Dark brown combined with light blue reminds me of a school uniform I used to wear - blue blouse with a brown jumper over it! 😊

In my retired age, laugh, no such thing as retirement, i hunker about in different mostly cotton denims in fall and winter.Jeans, jumper dresses, cotton t shirts to wear under many many different Arran sweaters, and scarves. Own a collection of jean jackets and get compliments on a plum/burgundy denim short jacket. Keep hanging on to denim. Enjoy your presentations and comments.

Lol, I will wear a light cotton sweater and shorts when the seasons are changing.
When I used to camp and backpack a lot I used to wear a polarfleece with shorts in the mornings for a couple of hours.
