It’s unfortunate. However, the diners in Long Island are very crappy. Service* is horrendous. And they have way too many diners. The food is the same blend as ever. No change the decor is from the 60s or 50s. They’re closings are unfortunate, but long overdue. This will give them the opportunity to reinvent themselves and provide a better atmosphere, more unique services, and a unique dining experience. No more mediocrity on Long Island. Don’t get me started on the cost. It’s like paying for a five star menu at some of these places. Sorry, They just got to go now.
Top 3 Diners: Dix Hills Diner in Dix Hills, Golden Coach Diner in Huntington, and Candlelight Diner in Commack.
Hasn't the Candlelight Diner been closed for years now?
I don't think so because my grandmother had her birthday their this past summer.
I like Apollo Diner in East Meadows but the best Black And White Cookie is at Majestic Diner in Westbury
Everything look great till you try it what happened to sing waiters at table
