Second, I was a fan during this time and I can tell you that they were extremely tired from their Mirotic promotions in Korea at this time. Its easy to mistake fatigue with frustration but ppl really shouldn't try to go back in time and tie everything to the lawsuit. Because they were honestly having problems w/ SM before 2008/09.

@TheSebbyDarkness Well, their fans are calling them "subgroups" ...because they're split up right now. Disband isn't accurate because HoMin have activities as TVXQ. Disband means TVXQ is no longer a group. That's why ppl say that they "split up." Which is technically what they did. And if you know they had problems before why are you looking at 2009 for signs of trouble between the members? If it was that easy to spot in a vid, everyone wouldn't be surprised by the lawsuit.
@GummiieBearZ I think that he looks more angry than sad...and If you're watching closely you can see, that he gets "angry" everytime when is U-Know around him.
