- UK’s first RWB Porsche 911 964 C4 named “HIBIKI” by Nakai-San was built in August 2016 for Father Jag and son Raj Jagdev Proud owners of Profusion Customs Stainless Steel Exhaust specialists near Heathrow Airport in UK, this car was also the first Royal wide RWB in Europe.
Akira Nakai San founder of RAUH-Welt Begriff (Rough World) started in a small town in Chiba Japan over 30 years ago, progressing and building a network of enthusiasts from around the world all wanting a part of his creations and share the epic journey.
We hope you enjoy this video documenting the build process which took place at Profusion Customs workshop in London on the 14th August 2016, we would like to thank the worldwide fans for taking part and making history.

This guy builds it in just one day and yet the panel gaps are just 10 times better than on any Tesla. Way to go!

Yeah I don't know why we need to spend that much on getting a car up to speed to cut it up like we are broke children our parent's garage. I like this guy, but lets incorporate him into the paint and body phase.

Because he's comfortable in them. It's not as comfortable rolling around in a tailor made suit, and when you've been spending time doing hard work you don't want to go home and waste extra time making yourself look nice and neat when you have nothing to prove to anyone.

This guy's a master? master hack. Rough Work concepts Nothing more than an ikea set,Each to their own. A Singer , now that's workmanship.
Just different approaches to build the cars.
Agree 100% This guy is a cheap performance artist. Hand drills, rough cuts everywhere - because that won't rust - jerking and ramming on hoods and trunks instead of actually aligning them like a professional. It's sad because someone could have built that car the right way, but this will rattle down the road for about a year before it falls apart.
Art never required perfection.
You'll never be known for anything on this level though so meh

Isn't the silicone join inconvenient, when you have to dismantle parts of the body for repairs?

Completely non-functional, aesthetic modifications that will actually reduce performance, and devalue the resale value by destroying your original porsche.

Within the niche market it can add value to the porsche. But a true porsche collector will cry seeing a RWB. Take note, the 964 and 993 are inching up to 6 figure pricing, these collectors are willing to pay top dollar for a stock unmolested example.
I like this Japanese guy with how it works that is very Professional and Reliable ... no doubt the skill of his skill in making a Beauty of that car.
All due respect to Nakai San, he is talented, original and hard working.. but....how many cars are you guys going to let him cut up before you realise a Porsche is best as a Porsche and always will be?

because if the owner changed his mind on what colour the mesh would be, its extra effort to respray it.
If you painted it, you'll have to wait for it dry before installing it rather than, install it and spray it and move on.

This is how I always imagine fitting modifications will go! In reality I fitted tiny arches to my van 4 months ago...sealant everywhere, complete mess and had a meltdown! haha.

for a 100 000' you get a plastic body kit, rims like ben hur them had, and what else, ah yes he built all this in one day, one fuckin day, oh and yes and all that for 100k, i don't have a porsche anymore but it seems like a bargain.

How to rice a wurst. Talented bloke. How he gets people to pay him to cut the arches of such expensive cars is still impressive. End result looks good, but does it improve the driving experience? That's some serious geometry alteration.
TwelveSevenTwoWorks Driving experience is different from one person to another. For example one person may love the driving experience of a classic Porsche that's stock. While someone may prefer the driving experience of a finely tuned track Porsche beast. And some may prefer the driving experience of a piece of art like RWB Porsche's. Just because this car doesn't fall into your the general area of what makes a car truly fully enjoyable doesn't mean that the same applies to someone else.
Dude you even see that engine? The thing seems to have been rebuilt and upgraded. The car does get sports upgrades.
