I forgot where the song from 2:06 to 2:12 is from, but the first one is definitely called Yume Wa Owaranai (Tales of Phantasia Opening) and the second one is called Kurutto Mawatte Ikkaiten (Keroro Ending 9). Hope this helps, even though it's a bit late :P
