I would hope the show would do a lot of preparatory work above and beyond some Ladynoir (or as in this case an implied aged up work relationship at Adrien's Dad's Fashion company) since they'd be dealing with a reveal at a much younger age and earlier in time than this - there would need to be other ways to get them closer properly. The worst possible thing the show could do, in my view is ONLY chuck Adrienette at us and assume that alone is good enough - when that would be HORRIBLE, as you'd have Ladybug refusing to so much as get an Icecream with Cat Nor ; and regularly belittling him to his face, and frienzoning and downgrading him from "Partner" to team-mate, a then a romantically (rare) non-functional Ladrien super-crush, a over-extended stalking/celb crush & a semi-oblivious Adrien as the backbone of Adrienette, & Marinette being a sarcastic wee mare to Cat Noir in Marichat. There is so much work to do and so little time left, they have not even really barely started yet - heck they go out of their way to derail the love square progress whenever they can. Such as how Ladybug straight up insults Cat Noir by saying Multi-Mouse can't exist ONLY because he alone saw her, and yet Adrien knows who Viperion is and the topic is never brought up that that is a problem. (let alone that he also found out who Rena Rouge and Carapace were too - but she might have barred them for that I guess - she just never had time really to think of it before she lost all the Heroes to Miracle Queen). Personally I'd rather like a Love Square flip though - if only as it might calm Marinette down, and teach Ladybug to get some much needed humanity.
When they were repeating each other's names I did expect Plagg to interrupt, but with "Plagg! Now that we all know each other can I have my cheese?" 😂 But this was great as usual! "Love square reveal, ladynoir."

This made me smile. You have no idea how much squealing I did in the past twelve minutes. I love how confident Adrien became, letting his Chat-ness shine through to Marinette. I also love how even though Marinette's still nervous about him around Juleka and Rose, she too has become more confident around him.

Don't get me wrong I love fanfics where Mari gets akumatized bc of something to do with revealing identities. But it's refreshing to read one that's more wholesome where both characters show immense trust in each other regardless of their insecurities. Always love you work Mira!!!
