FAIL! Federal Signal Eclipse 8 Winter Park FL

So yeah… We drove out here for 3 and a half hours just for a fail. It was supposed to go off in alert, which the rest of the system did. This one didn’t for some reason. Winter Park has a system of this Eclipse 8, 2 2001s, and a Modulator 1004.
