if you come in Istra in April or early May, ask for fresh asparagus that was collect from local forests ... very, very healthy food.
We collected them in the video and had them for dinner. We were there exactly at the end of April. Thanks.

there is black truffle and white truffle ... white truffle is 8 times more expensive then black truffle.
We learnt that the hard way. 😂
