Impractical setup.. most difficult to clean. What about rains and when u water plants all the ground seating will be wet.

It's pretty easy to maintain. It needs some maintenance and attention which is obvious for the balcony to look good. Beautiful things need maintenance. A balcony w a plastic chair doesn't need any maintenance.
