This dress form is hard as a rock and not easy or enjoyable to pin. If there is foam in the dress form - I would say it is no more than 3mm thick (as thick as a coin. It is very difficult to pin around the shoulders and the nipple are frankly impossible. The website also does not accept critical feedback, so I would not recommend !!!
