Riddhi Roy demonstrates her expertise in brand consultancy by creating impactful and empathetic solutions. Growing up in a supportive environment, she received encouragement from her parents-a retired government scientist father and a mother involved with NGOs-to explore various fields. Surrounded by a culturally rich atmosphere, she developed a passion for literature, both fictional and business-related. Defying societal expectations, she specialized in electrical engineering during her academic years, discovering in it a logical framework for problem-solving and a foundation for her future endeavors.
Early in her career, Riddhi was given significant responsibilities, which allowed her to grow quickly and gain exposure to diverse business cultures across the Asia-Pacific region. Working for a capital equipment manufacturer in 15 Asia-Pacific countries gave her invaluable insights and sharpened her ability to navigate demanding environments, from factory floors to boardrooms. Her experiences in the male-dominated power engineering industry ignited her entrepreneurial spirit and deepened her understanding of business dynamics, ultimately guiding her toward the field of brand design.
