I was introduced to Sailor Moon by my eldest sister who was raised in the 90s. She introduced this to me when I was 7. I remember waking up every single morning having to go to school, and when I came back I would always turn the TV on to watch sailor moon. I remember sitting on the couch for hours binging every single episode. There has been moments where this show gives me so much joy and happiness, and moments where I cried. I was young so I watched it in dub, but back then, only S1 & S2 were dubbed. I had to watch S3, S4, and S5 in sub. After finishing it 2 years later when I was 9, S3 and S4 dub came. And not so long ago, only a few months ago, S5 dub came. I rewatched S3-S5 and I still cried. This show played a big role in my life. So many of my things were inspired off of sailor moon. My two online names, Serenity and Sailor, come from this show. I miss the old times. This show had a special place in my heart. Thank you, my eldest sister, for showing this to me. I will never ever forget this.

Otome no Kokoro and Lunas theme always put the mood in the scenes, they specially remind me of the Orignal Sailor Moon aka the season 1 of the show, i feel they played more often in that part of the series.
The anime was very dark ( I thought it would be a adorable kid’s show but, boi I was so wrong) I love this anime even though it made me flood a river of tears. The feels are back. Sailor Moon is probably the most tear-jerking magical girl anime I have ever watched
Right? Sailor Moon will always have a special place in my heart. When watching the franchise, I was able to release any lingering distress or burdens that hindered my happiness and fully invest into the characters. It's such a shame that people label the anime as just another "magical girl' show and give up a few episodes in. It really is such a shame.

For some reason, the saddest emotional melody in this animated series is the one that sounded at the end of the video clip called Heart Moving Piano (Hoshitachi ni Mamorarete *) 😥
Oh it’s emotional alright. I cry every other tune when I recall scenes they were played at. And then I recall the time when I watched SM for the first time as a kid and I cry some more from the surge of nostalgia. This anime shaped who I am today, more than my parents could possibly know and to think they weren’t too happy with me watching it back then because it isn’t child appropriate (probably because of dark themes).
