The reason why I would say that this dish is the easiest Vietnamese dish to make is because of the ingredients used, the prep time, and how look it takes to cook. IT LITERALLY takes five to ten minutes to cook (marinating the meat would take a little longer). The main ingredients consist of filet mignon, tomatoes, onion, garlic, and salad. This dish is also served at most Vietnamese restaurants that sell "drinking food". It's easy to make, and the restaurants can sell it for double or triple the price!
