I would really like to know: Is this piece based on Aristotelian drama structure? Because everything seems as if it was: 00:00 - 00:58 : Exposition - Theme gets introduced 00:58 - 01:58 : Rising Action - things get more exciting 01:58 - 03:05 : Peripeteia - A (/multiple) turning points (especially exactly in the middle of the piece 02:25 ) 03:05 - 03:51 : Falling Action - everythning sounds as if turning back 03:51 - 04:52 : catastrophy or solution - things get heated up again (very spicy violin) until energetic finish It would fit perfect with these phases each matching almost exactly 1 of the 5 minutes of this piece. Grandious!
I love how this can be regal and forboding at the same time at the start, and then the tempo picks up... It's glorious. It really fits Sazantos so well. Wonderful piece!
