I saw her in the UK! She didn't seem to be enjoying it so much and sang all her songs so fast that we didn't get a chance to hear the beauty of her note clarity, such a shame! She looks a bit happier here 😊 Shreya (somewhat rightly) gets a lot of attention from the West and all, but Kavita is on another level entirely. They just add so much echo to the singers' mics unnecessarily!
@@smitaagrawal7409 It just felt rushed, and of course having grown up with her beautiful singing that matches Lataji's (Ramayan, Mr India, Tabu, Madhuri) she was just getting onto the stage, singing as quickly as possible, and then leaving. Hawa Hawaii needs a bit of playfulness, and that was missing - fair enough the Western orchestra had no sense of Indian music so they were a different sound but the whole intro was fast! Compared with Alka and Udit, who dance on stage, sway, smile, and play, she very much seemed like she had to be there, not wanted to be there! Still a beautiful voice though~ 🙏❤
