  • Another Homemade Beer to add to our list, I decided to call it Italian Blanche Ale instead of calling it Belgian Blanche Ale because I didn't completely respect the style 😂 as usual 😉.
    For this recipe I used:
    PILSNER MALT 600 g amzn.to/42zJ7Rx
    WHEAT MALT 400 g amzn.to/3wjzfze
    RYE FLAKES 150 g amzn.to/42EN3R9
    WATER 5+3 litres
    FUGGLE HOPS 5 g amzn.to/3ufY4fa
    WILD HOPS 5 g
    CLOVE 1
    CARDAMOM 5 pods
    BREWING YEAST 1 teaspoon amzn.to/3SOJzIA
SUGAR for refermentation in the bottle
Of course you are encouraged to make your own variations 😉
Don't forget to share your experience by leaving a comment 👍🏼

Great video! I just have one quick question: Should I store the bottles in the basement for two weeks or in my refrigerator?

2 weeks in the same place where you keep the fermenter, after you can store them where do you prefer 😉 but I will use the basement

Grazie tanto, come sei ingenui e fortissimo!!
E delizioso!
