I'm an American of Assyrian ancestry with some Armenian from my maternal grandmother. I've never seen Armenian dancing like this nor ever heard this music. What a very talented group of young people! Thanks for posting.
AYO!!!!!!!!! Loved it! They look like armenian warriors! Thank you Ara Gevorgyan for this amazing music... and God bless Armenia. Greetings from Beirut.
I agree. I absolutely agree. I only disagree on the use of words like pig and dog. Lets be correct, and by doing so, lets be beter. We consider ourselves to be a nation with high level of culture, lets be so.IGNORE THEM.
this is the best dance it takes a lot of hard work and love for the dance to do it n thts wat we have at barekamutiun love n energy best dance group ever ne1 interested should get the number off of our page and call lusine and join BAREKAMUTIN all the way
it is so heartbreaking to see people hold grudges and hate each other based on races.. No matter what people believe there are many Armenian-Turkish friendships in Turkey. There are many Turkish-Armenian marriages in Turkey to prove that. There are ignorant racists who hate each other but there are many friendships too. My best friend is Armenian who is very proud to be one yet she loves Turkey and the people. People should forgive the past if not forget. Hatred has ruled for so long..
What is better apple or pear? how can you say what dance is better and what dance is worse, when dance is a matter of taste? It's subjective. Now if you were to say Georgians fight better than Armenians I would laugh in your face. So go dance ballet, just don't confuse dancing with fighting!
I have a question: is this a traditional Armenian dance? if yes, then it's modernised, isn't it? 'cause the costumes(especially the ones that girls are wearing) don't seem to be traditional.....comparing with Georgian or other Caucasian women clothes, they are too skimpy:D plus, they dance barefoot, which is unusual as well;)
this is a very bad copy of AZERBAIJANI TURKISH DANCE if you don't have any dance please don't copy another people dance and then don't call armenian dance this is AZERBAIJANI TURKISH DANCE NOT ARMENIAN DANCE don't steale another nations calture
