I'm sorry to hear that your buds aren't charging. I suggest contacting Monster directly, or return/exchange it with the retailer if you can. Monster customer service from my experience has been top-notch, and I've also had received replacements or refunds from Amazon sellers on the rare occasions I had an issue which were damaged products/packaging due to mishandling during shipping. I gave my Mission V1 to a friend of mine awhile back and he's had no issues at all. I do hope you can get a replacement. Good luck!
Please if anyone can help... i bought one yesterday they were all good. When i tried to use them today one of the earbund just doesn't make any sounds. I have no clue why, the led works fine, and even the button but not the sound. I tried to reset and repair it but nothing works... i even tried to restart my phone. I don't know what to do anymore.
Hello. If you're having immediate issues with a new product then I strongly suggest returning or exchanging it as soon as possible. It shouldn't be much of a hassle if you bought it from a reputable retail store. Amazon also has good customer protection policies in place if you made your purchase through them. You could also reach out directly to Monster as they have really good after sales customer service (at least from my experience) so it shouldn't be too much of a hassle getting a replacement. I'm sure you can get this resolved quickly. Cheers!
Thanks for your question. With these particular earbuds, yes. Both my PC and laptop recognize them as a headset and will allow the use of the mics. I've used them on Zoom and Discord with no issues. Cheers!
@@indire2311 there are a few ways to fix this: The surest way is to go into your Bluetooth settings and connect as a new device. When you choose your earbuds, it will prompt you to set it as either just headphones, or as a headset. Obviously you'll want to choose headset. Another way is to right-click the microphone icon on your system tray and choose your headset on the pop-up list. The other way is to go into setup or your device manager. Look for the microphone setup, and designate your headset as the input device. I wish I could post screenshots, but you can always Google it. I hope I was of some help. Cheers!
@@novumverum hi when I connect it to Bluetooth it just says connected to audio there isn’t an option for headset or headphones. Can you pls help if you have a discord can msg there and I show u screen shots
@@indire2311 I would suggest just googling it or find a walk-through on RUclips. Honestly, if it doesn't work as plug-and-play then there may be other issues not related to the earbuds. I'm knowledgeable enough to fix most issues with my own rig, but I won't work on other people's PCs. If you have a pre-built, call tech support or customer service. Or take it to a tech shop. Sorry I can't be of more help.
Thanks for your question. If I remember correctly, the lights only flash when they're in gaming mode. Unfortunately it's a gimmick you can't turn off. I don't recall it being mentioned in the manual either. Sorry I can't be of more help. Cheers!
Hello, and thank you for your question. I've personally used these for 6 hours straight in music mode and it was at 47% when I finally took them out. I've since given these to a co-worker, and he says he's used them often for entire shifts (10 hours), although I'm not sure if he's actually listening to music the entire time. Please note that having it in low-latency/gaming mode will affect battery life. I know I've used them in gaming mode for longer than 4 hours -- I didn't know I had it in that mode at all until I accidentally switched modes. Unfortunately I don't remember how much power it still had remaining. Mind you, I wasn't playing games.. was just listening to music. In actual game mode AND playing games, I've done 2-2.5 hours. So at the very least, what I can attest to is that you can go 6 hours+ in music mode, OR 2.5 hours+ in gaming mode, on fully charged buds. I hope this is of some help. Cheers!
the lfer one for me is not charging at all tried cleaning and stuff but nothng is working

They're currently CAD$100 +$20 coupon on Amazon.ca, so 80 bucks. It's gone lower though so keep an eye out for a sale. Cheers!
