1 cup semolina flour (150 g)
½ cup all-purpose flour (70 g)
1 tsp dry yeast
2 tsp baking powder
2 tbsp sugar
Pinch of salt
For the honey sauce:
50 g butter
4 tbsp honey

We have two kinds of semolina in Greece one is thin and the other is thick, which one of the two have you used in your recipe ? Please answer !

For this recipe should be very fine type of semolina. :)
