Just a note: It is not at all difficult to find good coffee in Vietnam. There are so many specialty coffee shops and rosters nowadays. Just bcs the exported products will be used for cheap coffee production. Doesn’t mean it hard to find amazing coffe in Vietnam. It is more the opposite, the young generation is very much intrested in high quality coffee and a new culture is rising
Thanks for your comment! ☕ You are right, during our time in Vietnam we did actually find a lot of nice cafés, with great quality beans, and usually run by young entrepreneurs as you said. Although for us it was almost impossible to find reasonably priced and tasty grounded coffee beans in local supermarkets. We tried quite a few brands and they were horrible, so we ended up buying beans at specialty cafés at much higher price...
