As a fan of both fighters I'm happy about the rematch. It's the most interesting and challenging match up for both. The ufc community has an incredibly short attention span and love anything recent regardless of what's being discussed.
@hackcheckpodcast32 I'd just like it to be definitive in either direction. I know it's popular to hate Strickland now but it was a really good fight. I'd recommend people rewatch it as ufc put it up on RUclips
@Bob.sakamento khamzat likely won't be able to overpower dricus unlike small opponents so I doubt it would be much of a challenge. Stylistically it's an extreme mismatch on top of that. He has an extremely bad habit of pulling out, isn't allowed legally in Australia and has often missed weight meaning that fight will likely take years to aline regardless.

If I were a fighter, it would be the ultimate experience to train with Dricus du Plesiss. Total holiday experience.
The Khamzat matchup would’ve been more challenging for Dricus and interesting for the fans.
