    Yes! We really heal!
I was 7years on xanax. Now i am 2years out. This weekend i was on my brothers wedding all day, i was organising meeting people, having fun, dance, cry out of happines and had the most wonderfull time of my life. 2years ago i wouldnt believe if someone has told me that this is possible. I am having a low days but i know they want last more than 1day..
Biggest help in my recovery are daily workouts and healthy diet..
Hold on guys, you will heal i promise! ❤

Ya know 4 years ago when I started on this tapering journey, I could not listen to you. You came off so cocky and lacking in compassion. Now today, 10 months off and healing, I enjoy hearing what you have to say 😊. My frame of mind was so scary back then. I needed a softer voice in my ears. Not today! Common sense, reality checks, a STRONG voice. Thank you! Be blessed and keep helping others. You’re an inspiration now that I’m in a better mindset. ❤

Well, I'm glad you stuck around and gave me a chance! I do have massive compassion for anyone going through this. I've worked so hard to try and be a force of positive change in this community. My message has always been one of hope that we are healing and that we DO heal!

@@PowersBenzoCoaching job well done! I applaud you for all your hard work and dedication. So many are depending on you to bring them through and you successfully do. I too, at this point, am walking alongside others as a friend, buddy, whatever is needed. No one should walk this path alone. Have a blessed day 💗

Just walked in from my psychiatrist, feeling really down, he is poly medicating me, and l just said NO MORE! And then found this page. Felt less alone. Thank you for the free book, had my husband read it, because he really has not wanted to know anything about protracted injury.

Yes it’s a big topic one wonders. I personally think there are those that heal others that heal enough then people that will take a long time to progress. It goes down to epigenetics

45 months off 14 years baby dose Klonopin …. very balanced life …. I’ve worked on the inside out… Probably the healthiest I’ve ever been. Still plagued with significant tinnitus, head pressure and various neurological issues. Didn’t have before I was cut off. Have spent 150k looking for something else…. I am not depressed not have anxiety . Is this a healed state in your milieu?

@@fittyleben9680. Yes I’ve gone down every route…… there are time it appears that all symptoms don’t totally heal … Maybe genetic … there are millions of people damaged by medication …. Not just benzo that don’t fully heal and are left with damage … I see it every day in my practice …I have healed …. I am better … but still have difficult symptoms I deal with on a daily basis …. Thanks for you input … Peace
