If there had been some kind of invisible line on the very left edge of the ending goal, then tails would've won, he's further "in". But because I guess the win condition is "touch the dark grey part" then yeah Exetior wins

I think i know why it doesn't show as a tie on the game. It is because tails haves to reach the back of the track(or the flag idk) and haves to get a few second after that to count it like tails won. Just so you know the map doesn't change, the harder the mode, the faster tails go, either way he'll die the same way, theres no Tie in any way
