We've had so much Tiramisu Nazis about the desert in the family business!! The guys who make trays of it everyday?? We sold allot!! Technique and ideas?? We started doing Tiramisu in hotel pans!! If you leave the center of the pan open?? Room to drain a little as needed. When you make it the day before, avoids the soggy situation.
