- 本期节目主要内容： 解放军西藏军区某边防团的杨森在主动提交请战书之后，他和十几名新兵战友一起被选到了位于祖国边防一线的连队，但想要到达喜马拉雅山深处的连队，他们要先经受一番考验。当这些新兵们终于咬牙坚持到了连队，他们要面对的是半个月的考核期，谁走谁留，一切都要靠实力说话。
