Ferns do not like to get their "feet" wet, essentially you want to avoid watering the rhizomes or the "above ground roots" these are complex portions of the plant not exactly roots. Needless to say, try watering around those and it should help. I had the same problem until I learned that little tid-bit. Best of luck and thank you for sharing your story and life with us. @@GraceTheBabbler I would suggest to water closer to the side of the pot, in my experience the rhizomes seem to be in the middle where the fronds emerge. With my Rabbits foot fern I can see the fuzzy rhizomes right in the middle (hence the common name of the plant). I hope this helps!

I didn't realise you can set the amount and frequency of the adverts on you tube. I think some ads are reasonable, after all we have to watch that with commercial TV too. You deserve some remuneration for the work you put in. What I'm not sure of is if you still get paid if we skip the ads when we get an option to...we still have to watch the first few seconds of these anyway.
How cold does it have to get for you to give up swimming? My dog will go to the door looking out but when you open it and it is wet or cold she just smells the air and goes back to the sofa.
I don't mind the hair touching.. do you, Just be yourself woman.. lol we love you for YOU. As for Ads, It does not bother me because I have a Ad blocker on my computer.. I only get Ad's if I watch through my phone.. but usually just watch on my laptop.
I appreciate you bringing up the topic of advertising. The problem I have with it is that the commercials can be very jarring when your audio levels are quiet - and we are up close trying to hear everything. All of a sudden - mid sentence - right at the worst time, the commercial comes on at full volume and destroys any kind of thought / atmosphere / joy that was there in your video. It kind of ruins it, especially if you have them cutting in every couple of minutes. I love you, but if your video is constantly interrupted with very loud commercials that I find offensive - I have to stop watching after a few minutes. Some of us don't have the extra money or want to pay RUclips. I will still watch, as long as I can tolerate the interruptions because I love you and your channel. Since you were being honest, I wanted to comment as honestly as possible, -Kent

@@GraceTheBabbler do you use iMovie? Some of the apps let you raise the volume a great deal. I usually increase mine up to 300% and that helps alot when I'm just using the iphone to vlog. And I know you don't have control - it just is what youtube has become.
