As a gas tutor I was looking to send a link out to my students as I thought this sounded like a good learning resource. I'm afraid I'm very disappointed by the lack of detail and some glaring omissions in the discussion of open flued ventilation. Adventious air/date house was built/checking vents with a gradated vent stick, not a screwdriver and it goes on.

Most devices, whether laptop or tablet should come with speakers and a microphone built into the device. We recommend that you check your device to ensure both audio and microphone are in working order before the virtual inspection. fantastic, please could you go over high and low level ventilation. gas rating, started using the phone app and almost imediately forget how to do it the old way.
