Frank, The injunction sounds very negative! I do not understand how Judge Torres concludes that "ODL crosses the line?" ODL is what Ripplenet business model all about! Ripple's thesis is going to have to be re-thought, yes? It is becoming more and more clear that XRP cannot be used for cross-border payments and why Ripple is introducing RLUSD to allow for such transactions. I think it will be wise to dump XRP on the incoming bull waves. All these influencers have it all wrong.
XRP was 65 cents one morning, recently when i woke up and saw a text from my friend that a centralized exchange in india collapsed and filed for bankruptcy, with over 230 million dollars worth of investors fund gone. Later on that day, i heard about japans interest rate. Instead of selling, i was looking. Then the market crashed with XRP down to ~43 cents. Now we have heard that the only thing blocking XRP has finally come to an end. Instead of BUYING, we are all looking and afraid it may drop. If you had a crystal ball and saw that XRP is $76 in december of 2024, would you hit your head on a wall? We are all looking hoping it could just go back to 50 cents or 40s. Humans
