Check out the "story" behind the song, and you might appreciate it a little more. Still, great reaction. NF's music will ALWAYS be emotional (sad, soothing, truth-speaking, uplifting) ... I hope that never changes.
Yeah, it was a song he wasn’t intending to release fully, but a fan, (the girl singing) did a cover. So he released it with her vocals in it. Genuine as it gets, good guy.

Speaking of a strong fan base. This is a 15yr old fan in Australia. She did a cover of a song that NF put out of, but he wasn't going to finish it. Until he heard her cover of it. He used the audio from her video after asking her if it was ok.

He wasn't going to publish this song. I don't know how this young lady heard it but she did a cover and sent it to him. So he finished it and that's part of hers he used. He coped mad respect for that in my opinion.

He posted 2 snippets, “Bad Person” and “Run Away”. She took that and made her version. He and his producer contacted her and they used her version of those songs and he added to it.

Hahaha right?! I love NF but I feel like every song is so depressing. I do like the track though!
Life is hard
Is it depressing or relatable? This is a a man who isnt afraid to bear his soul and speak about what others wont. Personally, I find NF to be inspiring. He has been transparent and truthful about how he feels, and yet he is still fighting .
Just because it's relatable doesn't mean it's not depressing lol. I said I love the track and NF but people still get butthurt over people's opinions
