I love this home with all the upgrades! I really like all the windows especially in the laundry room. If I had money to spend on my own upgrades I would add some simple stained glass windows in the Great room on that wall with the three high windows. That would be the cherry on top for me. Yea for the price and size relative to other builders seems like a solid deal. With these types of upgrades we're probably talking around 900k? Good find brotha.
